An interactive station changes that. It gives every guest a small task, a short line and an easy conversation starter. Someone from billing ends up comparing vanilla and vetiver with someone from the front desk. That is the whole point.
The station doubles as the favor, too. Instead of branded mugs that end up in a drawer, each guest takes home something personal they made that evening.
We need a footprint of roughly 12 by 6 feet, which most conference rooms and lobbies can spare without moving the furniture around.

Most dates need six to eight weeks' notice, and December, May and September need longer. If your event is sooner, reach out anyway. We have a large team of hosts and can often fit you in on short notice.

How booking works
- Send the basics. Share your date, venue, headcount and occasion through the booking form.
- Review the proposal. We reply within two business days with an itemized proposal. No charge and no obligation.
- Sign and confirm headcount. After signing, the guest count can increase but not decrease. Book your lowest expected number.
- Get your logistics. A week before, you receive host details and our arrival time.
- Host your team. We arrive one hour early to set up, host every guest, then pack out and clean up.
