Why stations work at a company event
A bar and a buffet give people two things to do, and both end quickly. The same small group clusters by the drinks, and the quieter half of the room heads home early.
An interactive station changes that. It gives guests a task, a short line and an easy opener. Someone from accounting ends up comparing vanilla and vetiver with someone from sales, which is really the point. The station also doubles as the take-home gift, so it is one line item instead of two.
For larger rooms, we usually suggest two stations. A fast one near the entrance and a slower, more personal one deeper in the room.

Guests make a moisturizer, body butter, lotion and scrub for their own skin, guided by trained formulators and estheticians. Best for 20 guests or fewer. Corporate skincare bar

A custom bath soak plus a hand-made bath bomb. It moves quickly and runs without power, a natural fit for wellness days.

Most Saturdays need six to eight weeks, and December fills fast with holiday parties. If your date is sooner, reach out anyway. We have a large team of hosts and can often fit you in on short notice.

What we handle so your team does not
A trained perfumer behind every station
Glitters and Grace is led by Cheryl Gleason, a trained perfumer and cosmetic and skincare formulator. She studied with master perfumer Karen Gilbert and at the Institute for Art and Olfaction in Los Angeles.
We formulate with absolutes, CO2 extracts and essential oils, the concentrated natural extracts perfumers use, and make every product by hand in our New Lenox lab. Read more on the Glitters and Grace difference.
How booking works
- Share the basics. Send your date, venue, headcount and run of show through the booking form.
- Get your proposal. We reply within two business days with an itemized proposal and a station recommendation.
- Sign and set your count. After you sign, headcount can go up but not down.
- Confirm details. A week before, you receive host details and arrival time.
- Host your event. We arrive an hour early, host every guest, then pack out and clean up.
