A mobile candy bar in Chicago is the sweetest way to say welcome. We roll in one of our candy carts, fill glass apothecary jars with gummies, chocolates, sour treats and lollipops, and style the whole thing to your colors.

Why a candy bar works at almost any event
Candy is the one thing nobody walks past. Kids make a beeline. Grandparents reach for the chocolates they grew up with. Coworkers drift over between speeches.
Because guests serve themselves with a scoop, the line moves quickly. That makes the candy bar a smart partner for a slower hands-on station, like a perfume bar or Lip Lab. Guests fill a bag while they wait for their turn to blend.
And it doubles as the favor. Each guest leaves with a bag of sweets they picked themselves.
Place the candy cart near the entrance. It greets guests and spreads the crowd away from the busier stations.

Pair the candy bar with a hands-on station
How booking works
- Tell us the basics. Send your date, venue, rough guest count and colors through the booking form.
- Get your proposal. Within two business days you receive an itemized proposal. No charge, no obligation.
- Sign and set your count. After signing, the count can go up but not down. Book the lowest number you expect.
- Meet your host. A week before, you get host details and arrival time.
- Enjoy the sweets. We arrive an hour early, style the cart, host your guests, then pack out and clean up.

Mobile candy bar questions
How much does a mobile candy bar cost?
Adult and corporate events start at $500, and kids parties start at $475. Every proposal is itemized.
How far ahead should we book?
Six to eight weeks for most Saturdays, longer for May, September, December and weddings. If your date is sooner, reach out anyway. We have a large team of hosts and can often fit you in on short notice.
Can you match our colors?
Yes. We style the cart and candy selection to your palette, and linens and customized signage are available as add-ons.
How fast does the line move?
Very fast. The candy bar is our quickest station, which is why we often place it beside a slower one.
Does the venue need to provide anything?
Just a spot for the cart. If you add a station that needs tables and your venue has none, we bring them at $30 each.
Do you serve beyond Chicago?
Yes. We cover Chicagoland, greater Milwaukee and the Indianapolis metro with no travel fee in those areas.
