After the Service: A Wauwatosa Bat Mitzvah Celebration

A bat mitzvah party in Wauwatosa honors a big moment, so the celebration should feel personal. A bat mitzvah is a Jewish coming of age milestone for girls, usually marked at 12 or 13.

Our bars are for the party, never the service itself. Then our Milwaukee area team brings perfume, lip color and sweets to your celebration.

Shaping a Bat Mitzvah Party in Wauwatosa

Most families treat the service and the bat mitzvah party in Wauwatosa as two separate moments. First comes the service. Later, the celebration lets her friends and family cheer her on.

Timing matters because of Shabbat, which runs from Friday sundown to Saturday nightfall. In a Wisconsin December, nightfall comes early, so a Saturday night party starts at a comfortable hour. However, in June it arrives late, so many summer families choose Sunday instead.

Her friends want a teen activity with real results. So she and her guests blend perfume, mix lip color and take home something they made. Meanwhile, grandparents enjoy watching or trying a scent of their own.

About sweets. Families can share dietary guidelines, such as kosher candy, and we talk through what we can source. We never promise certification.

Stations for Her Bat Mitzvah Party in Wauwatosa

Choose stations for the teens, then add one the adults will enjoy too. Of course, we size the team to the room.

01

Custom Perfume Bar

The Full bar offers 120+ fragrances and six bases, so she can create a scent for her big year. Each one is an eau de parfum, meaning a concentrated perfume.

02

Luxury Lip Lab

Our Lip Lab lets her friends mix a gloss or a soft-matte lip cream. Since 2 to 3 hosts serve about 100 guests over 3 hours, a full room still moves.

03

Luxury Candy Bar

We style our candy carts and glass jars in her colors. Also, if you share kosher candy guidelines, we discuss what we can source.

04

Digital Photo Booth

A digital photo booth catches friends, cousins and grandparents together. Later, those photos fill the family album.

05

Glitter and Glow Station

Glitter and glitter body spray add sparkle for the dance floor. It's a playful finish after a meaningful day.

06

Bath and Body Bar

Bath salts, botanicals and a handmade bath bomb make thoughtful favors. Even better, no water is needed.

07

Skincare Bar

For a smaller teen circle, the skincare bar lets guests make a scrub or body butter. It fits about 20 guests or fewer.

08

Mini-Facials

Mini-facials by licensed estheticians give the moms and aunts a quiet break. Teens get a longer, relaxing round too.

09

Classes and Consultations

For close family, a private class or fragrance consultation records a formula she can reorder.

Planning Around the Year

Winter

Early nightfall makes a Saturday bat mitzvah party in Wauwatosa easy to schedule. Warm, cozy blends fit the season.

Spring

Many families celebrate as the weather turns. Sunday afternoons feel bright and fresh.

Summer

Late nightfall pushes many parties to Sunday. Also, out-of-town guests travel more easily.

Fall

The High Holidays, Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur, fill the early fall calendar. So families can plan around them, then celebrate later.

Celebration Spaces We Come To

We come to wherever your family celebrates. However, we never set up during the service itself.

Reception halls

Larger guest lists often need a banquet room. There, the Signature and Full bars have space to shine.

Family homes

For a smaller party, a Tosa living room or basement works well. We need about 12 by 6 feet.

Community rooms

Social halls and rented rooms suit a Sunday brunch. Plus, we provide a certificate of insurance when asked.

Hotel event rooms

Out-of-town relatives may stay near the interstate. So a hotel room keeps everyone close.
