In-Person or Online Perfume 101 Workshop
Create your own signature scent in this immersive, 3 hour workshop in the comfort of your own home or office or live online training.
Classes are mobile and held at your home, venue or office. Glitters and Grace brings the workshop, supplies, materials and tools to teach you how to build your own signature scent.
You’ll start the workshop with a guided introduction to the major perfume families, expert tips on how fragrances are categorized, and insights into what makes a perfume successful.
Before you begin blending, you’ll learn the fundamentals of fragrance design, how to work safely with aroma materials, and how to select notes that express your personality and style.
Using over 125 mixed-media fragrance bases, you’ll formulate and bottle your own signature perfume — a 30ml (1 oz) creation to take home.
No prior experience is required, and all materials are included in the course fee.
Participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
A minimum of three (3) participants must attend.

– A quiet workspace with good lighting.
– Access to Zoom.
– Essential oils, aroma compounds, fixatives, bases or other perfumery materials.
– Beakers, scent strips, jewelry scale, pipettes, funnels, perfumers alcohol and glass stirrers (all can be purchased on Amazon).
Upon registration we will provide a specific list of necessary materials. Be prepared to spend roughly $150.00-$200.00 on materials.
