What Happens at the Perfume Bar?

Glitters and Grace will arrive 30 minutes before the mobile perfume bar event starts. We will set up at your home or event. We bring the perfume and all of the ingredients, bottles, labels, and signage. As guests arrive, they’ll enjoy an interactive, hands-on experience. This includes learning, testing, blending and crafting their very own signature perfume. Our scent hosts are passionate about making every guest feel special. They will guide your guests through the exciting process of creating their very own personalized fragrance. Our perfume bar uses various pre-made perfume scents called accords. You will select a base note accord. Glitters and Grace custom creates all accords in our studio. Then, you will add top note accords to your fragrance. This allows you to create your own custom scent. You will then mix it and add your personal label.

• First, you will select your bottle and choose from 12 base fragrance options.
• Then you will select between 1 to 3 or more top notes to add to your custom blend.
• Finally you will name your perfume, record your scent and get your very own QR code and web page for future re-ordering. You will also have precise measurements so that you can make your fragrance at home.

• What is the Glitters and Grace perfume bar? It’s a luxury scent-blending experience. Guests create custom perfumes using mood-based accords. They use skin-safe ingredients for your mobile perfume party.
• Where are you located?  We are fully mobile! We travel to Chicago, Suburbs, and Northwest Indiana to host perfume bar and mobile parties.
• What size parties do you host?  Every size. Our basic perfume parties start at 4 guests and we can support large corporate events up to 5000 guests.
• Can I create more than one fragrance? Yes! You can craft multiple blends during your session or return to explore new moods and accords.
• Is this experience suitable for all ages? Absolutely. We offer kid-safe options and gentle guidance for guests of all ages, including teens and tweens. We recommend kids’ perfume bar experience for aged 8 and older.

Ingredients, Materials, & Safety

• Are the fragrance ingredients skin-safe and IFRA-compliant? Yes. Every blend is crafted with IFRA-compliant fragrance oils and verified for safe dilution.
• Are your perfumes alcohol-free or oil-based? Our fragrances are created with fragrance oils and botanicals and mixed with perfumers alcohol.
• Do you offer dilution guidance for sensitive skin? Absolutely. Each station includes signage and ratios to help guests blend safely and confidently.

Events & Booking

• Can I book the perfume bar for a wedding, bridal shower, baby shower, or glam party? Yes! We specialize in mobile events and glam parties and provide luxe activations for all occasions.
• Do you travel to private homes or corporate offices? We do. Our setup is modular and elegant—perfect for homes, offices, or event venues.
• What’s included in a mobile glam party package? Custom signage, scent stations, selected mobile glam add-ons, scent hosts and more.
• How far in advance should I book? We recommend booking 4–6 weeks ahead, especially for weekend or seasonal events.

• Do you offer gift cards or scent experiences as gifts? Absolutely. Our gift cards and experience kits make unforgettable presents.
• Can I create a custom perfume for someone else? Yes. You can blend with their preferences in mind or gift them a blending session.
• Do you offer branded gifting kits for HR or event planners? We do. Our kits are perfect for wellness pop-ups, corporate gifting, and team activations.

Logistics & Policies

• What is your return or exchange policy for custom blends? Due to the personalized nature of each perfume, we do not offer returns, but we’ll help you adjust future blends.
• Do you ship custom perfumes or kits? Yes, we offer shipping for select products and kits. Custom blends may require special handling.
• What payment methods do you accept? We accept cash, major credit cards, digital wallets, and pre-paid bookings.

Pricing

• How much does a perfume bar cost?  We price our smaller gatherings per person based on 15 ml or 30 ml blends. Our pricing starts at $84.00 per person for a four guests for a 15 ml blend and $115.00 per person for a 30 ml blend. The price decreases substantially as guest count increases.
• Do you charge travel and set up fees? We add a base travel and set up cost to each party depending on your location and event needs. Every party is customized based on your unique needs.
