What is Glitters and Grace?

Glitters and Grace is a luxury mobile glam experience that brings a custom perfume bar, beauty rituals, and unforgettable celebration energy directly to your event. Whether you’re hosting a wedding, bridal shower, baby shower, birthday, corporate activation, or wellness retreat, we transform your space into a sensory playground. We also have a custom perfume bar for kids over the age of 8 and teens with age-appropriate scents and fragrances.

What is the Signature Perfume Bar?

Our Signature Perfume Bar is a mobile, mix-and-match scent station where guests create their own custom perfume using professionally blended base and top accords. Each blend is handcrafted with skin-safe ingredients and designed to evoke positive moods and memories.

How does the perfume bar work?

Select a base note from our 12 signature base blends, then layer 1-3 top notes from a curated menu of floral, gourmand, spicy, fresh, clean, and sensual scents. With over 60 fragrance oil material options, you will have a variety of fragrances to choose from. We also provide some custom accords created by Glitters and Grace. You’ll mix a fragrance that’s uniquely yours. We will also allow provide you a personal QR code to reorder your fragrance anytime and provide specific material concentrations so that you can make your own at home.

What locations do you serve?

We’re based in Chicago and serve all areas of the city, Chicago suburbs as well as Northwest Indiana. View our Locations.

Where do you host events?

We’re fully mobile! We bring the glam to your home, office, venue, or pop-up location across the Greater Chicagoland, serving all suburbs and Northwest Indiana area and surrounding communities.

What other types of parties do you offer?

In addition to our perfume bar, we offer an organic skincare bar, a wine tasting option from local vineyards, a bath salt bar, bath bomb bar for kids, candy bar assortment for kids and more. View our add-on services for more information.

How much does a perfume bar event cost?

Our pricing is based on the size of your party and how many attendees you have. It starts at $84 per person for a 4-guest event with 15 ml perfume bottles and $115 per person with 30 ml perfume bottles. Our pricing decreases substantially as the guest count rises. What scents do you carry at your perfume bar?

We carry every type of scent and work with you in advance to ensure that we have your preferred selection. View our list of fragrances here.

Do you have a minimum guest count?

No. We typically see parties starting with 4 guests and larger, however we are willing to bring a perfume bar to smaller parties. We can service up to 5000 guests.

How far in advance should I book?

We require a 2-week advance notice, however we recommend booking at least 3-4 weeks in advance to ensure we that we have your preferred fragrances and that your selected date is available.

Where do you source your products?

We have partnerships with several small sustainable and organic-based fragrance, skincare and essential oil suppliers within the United States, France and UK. We are always looking at new products and new suppliers to stay on top of trends and address skin challenges and problems like dryness, aging, oiliness and more.

Where can I buy your products?

Glitters and Grace sells most products that we use for our Glam Add-ons like skincare lines, bath salts, bath bombs, as well as the wine we offer for tasting. If we do not sell it, we will provide the company information to you so you can purchase it from them.

Why can’t I book everything online?

We will be adding more packages online to make booking faster and easier. Currently, all of our offerings are customized based on your needs and specific event. We also price based on attendees and consider things like timing and add-ons like skincare bar, bath salt bar and kids offerings.

Do you participate in pop-up events?

We do! We will occasionally pop up at coffee shops, cafes, libraries, malls and more. We usually will send out an email and social media post about it. Sign up for our events and deals here.

What is your cancellation, deposit, and refund policy?

We will refund 100% of your deposit within 14 or more business days prior to your party if you need to cancel. If you cancel with less than 14 business days we cannot provide a refund. Our booking deposit is 50% of your total event cost.

What if I have more guests than I originally planned?

We generally only bring enough product, food, beverages and staffing to support your original booking guest count. At times, we will have extras available and we try to be as flexible as we can. We can also charge per-person if there are additional unplanned guests. It’s best if we know as far in advance as possible if we should bring extra products or fragrances.

Do I get a discount for booking multiple services?

Our pricing is very competitive and we will usually beat other Perfume Bar and Glam Party prices. Our prices decrease considerably as the guest list grows. If you are booking a large party (over 25 people), with multiple services, we will be happy to discuss discounts with you.

Do you offer Perfume Bar DIY Kits?

We are working on offering a DIY Kit with our custom blends and fragrances. Sign up for our email list to be notified when it’s ready for launch.

Do you offer make up artists and hair stylists as part of your glam party packages?

Yes. This is not a frequent ask of Glitters and Grace, but if you need makeup and hair, we are partnered with traveling stylists and makeup artists. Just ask us and we’ll be happy to provide contacts or help you arrange for your event.

Do you offer children’s and teens parties?

We do! We offer our perfume bar and glam services for kids over the age of 8. We have a line of kid and teen-friendly fragrances and all of our ingredients are safe. Every service except for wine tasting can be booked for kids over the age of 8 years old.

Do you expect or accept tips?

We do not expect tips at all and price accordingly. Our stylists, artists, and party and scent hosts may accept tips if offered.
